You can resolve message broker connectivity issues when you see a "local stock not working" warning on your till system. The message broker manages stock synchronisation across your terminals and is typically installed on the master till.
Resolve error message
To resolve the "Message broker β local stock not working" warning, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Restart the master till
On the Master Till, navigate to Function, Application, then Restart to restart the till.
π€ Tip: If you are unsure which is the master till, restart all terminals.
Step 2: Verify the issue is resolved
Let the till restart and log in as usual.
The flashing red icon will now be green.
