Run stock reports to monitor inventory levels, track sales and wastage, manage deliveries, and analyse recipe costs and profitability.

Generate stock reports to track inventory, analyse sales, monitor wastage, and calculate valuations once stock control is configured. Access multiple report types to manage deliveries, recipe costs, stock movements, and profitability across your operations.


Access to Stock Reports

To access Newbridge Reporting, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Newbridge Back office, entering your username and password.

  2. From the left-hand panel, select Reporting to expand the list and select View Reports.

  3. Within the green Stock Reports section, select a report to review.

Available reports

Newbridge EPoS have the following Stock Reports, and the information below states why and when each report should be used:

Stock Movements

  • Displays all essential information for each stock product: sales, wastage, deliveries and adjustments.

  • Also displays current stock levels.

Recipe Costs

  • Displays a breakdown of each recipe and the ingredients (products) inside of it.

  • Displays the individual cost of each ingredient and the total cost for the recipe.

Orders & Deliveries

  • Lists every order placed and its delivery status, delivery date and delivery number.

  • Also has a link which can take you directly to the associated order.

Product Audit Report

  • You focus on one specific product and track its stock movement in detail. You can see every time stock for this product has been added, as well as when it has been sold or wasted. It also shows you the current holding stock on the given dates.

Stock Variation Report

  • Lists all stock takes in the date range selected and the user who created the stock take.

  • Shows the stock variance as a monetary value and links directly to the stock take to look at more data.

Stock Valuation Report

  • Displays sub-departments broken down into product levels with the current SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) quantity.

  • Displays the monetary value linked to the quantity in stock.

  • Displays the gross profit on each product.

Wastage Report

  • Lists each instance of a product which has been wasted and the quantity, which clerk who processed the wastage and the reason behind it.

  • Displays the retail value of the wastage and the cost value of the wastage.

Stock Period Report

  • Pick a date range between an opening stock take and a closing stock take.

  • Displays each department with the total usage and unit variance.

  • Also displays your gross profit calculators: Cost VS Profit, Wastage VS Profit and Wastage – Variance VS Profit.

Product Sales Audit Report

  • Focus on an individual product and see each sale made and which clerk sold it, as well as the price it sold for.

Purchases Report

  • Lists all deliveries in supplier order with links taking you to the order.
