To maintain the highest levels of security, we are upgrading the remote support tools we use. As part of this change, we are transitioning from TeamViewer to LogMeIn.
What’s Changing?
Our support team will install the new remote support software on all your EPOS terminals.
What Happens Next?
A support team member may contact you to ensure all your terminals are powered on. They will then remotely install the new software—this process should take approximately 1–2 minutes per terminal.
Timeline
This transition has already begun and will continue over the next two quarters.
Will There Be Any Disruption?
There should be no downtime, other than the 1–2 minutes required per terminal for installation. We will schedule installations outside peak service hours 12:00–14:00 and 18:00–20:30, to minimise impact.
