RezControl PMS is a cloud-based hotel PMS that manages reservations, function rooms, and operations across the property. Integrating it with an EPOS system allows hotel, events, restaurant and bar charges to post directly to guest rooms, improving billing accuracy, reporting, and overall guest experience.
Before you begin
Make sure the following requirements are met:
PMS Integration: Your Property Management System (PMS) must be fully integrated with the platform. This setup is handled by our Professional Services team.
User Permissions: Ensure that users have the appropriate access rights to manage mapping settings within the Back Office.
Department mapping
To set your department mapping, follow the steps below:
Go to the Newbridge back office log in page.
Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
Select Till Programming, then select Departments.
Click an ID, then click Edit.
Enter the RezControl account code, or search and select.
Click into another ID to auto-save the changes.
Configuration mapping
To set other configuration mapping, follow the steps below:
Go to the Newbridge back office log in page.
Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
Select PMS Management, then select PMS Links.
At the top of the page, select the configuration to be mapped from the drop-down menu.
Enter the RezControl code.
Click Create.
Select the terminals required.
Once completed, click Save Changes.
π€ Tip: If you have made a mistake, simply select the command at the top, type a new code and click create again. You can overwrite them as often as you like.
