You can modify the customer receipt information that appears on printed receipts when using direct printing mode. This allows you to update details like your company name, address, contact information, and VAT number to ensure receipts reflect accurate business information.
Newbridge supports printing through Windows or legacy printing; as well as direct printing. If using direct printing, this needs to be set per till.
β οΈ Important: With direct printing, only the customer receipt information can be edited. All other information is not editable.
Edit receipt layouts
To edit the print layout of receipts, follow the steps below:
Log in to the terminal as a manager.
Select the settings cog icon in the top left of the screen, and then select Settings.
Scroll down and select Printer Settings.
Scroll down to Defines the layout data used in direct printing template and select the edit icon.
Edit the information fields as required - including company name, address, contact information and VAT number.
Click Save to save the changes to this terminal.
Repeat the above process on each terminal until all are updated.
